Carlene Snell
We thought of you with love today but that is nothing new We thought about you yesterday and days before that too. We think of you and Steve we often speak your name All we have are memories and your picture in our heart's frame. Your memory is our keepsake with which we'll never part God has you in His keeping we have you in our heart. No farewell words were spoken, no time to say goodbye. You were gone before we knew it, and only God knows why. You left us so early it only seems but just a day Your life was so fleeting but you never lost the way. Though sorrow grips our hearts, we're so glad that now you're well. But joy comes too, as we think of you, but words cannot tell. We'll look up into the heavens and just might see your star. And rejoice that for sure, we now know where you are. You are present with our Savior, your journey is now complete. The love you've shared, the kindness, a life that's been so sweet. You left so quick, we didn't have time to say goodbye. But there's no doubt in my mind, Carlene, we will meet you in the sky.
